Privacy Policy

Your training data is yours. This app is built to keep it that way — everything you log stays on your device.

01 The short version

The app plans and tracks your training week entirely on your iPhone or iPad. There is no sign-up, no user account, and no server that receives your training data.

Nothing you enter — sessions, notes, weight, heart rate, sleep, hydration — is uploaded, sold, shared, or used for advertising.

The one exception is a support message, if you ever choose to send one. That is described in section 06.

All of it lives on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it.

02 What the app stores

Saved locally in the app's own storage so your plan survives between launches:

  • Profile — the name, age and resting heart rate you type in
  • Weekly blueprints — planned and completed training sessions, types, intensity and durations
  • Recovery logs — hydration entries, sleep entries and recovery sessions
  • Progress — XP, level, streaks, weekly score and unlocked achievements
  • Preferences — reminder toggles and app settings
This data never leaves the device. It is not backed up to any service operated for this app.

03 Health data

If you allow it, the app reads a limited set of values from Apple Health to tailor training suggestions:

  • Heart rate
  • Active energy burned
  • Step count
  • Sleep analysis

With your permission it can also write completed workouts and active energy back to Apple Health, so your sessions appear alongside the rest of your activity.

Health data is read on the device, used on the device, and never transmitted anywhere. It is never used for advertising or marketing, and it is never shared with third parties. You can withdraw access at any time in the iOS Health app under Sharing.

04 Camera and photos

The equipment scanner uses your camera to recognise training gear and read your setup. Frames are analysed on-device using Apple's built-in image analysis — no photo or video frame is uploaded.

Camera images are not stored unless you choose to save a session snapshot, which writes it to your own photo library and nowhere else.

Camera access is only active while a scanning screen is open, and you can revoke it at any time in iOS Settings.

05 Notifications

Reminders for sessions, hydration, sleep and streaks are local notifications — they are scheduled by the app on your device and delivered by iOS.

No push server is involved, which means no device token or notification content is sent off the device. Each reminder type can be switched off individually in Settings.

06 Support requests

The app includes a support form. It is the only feature that sends anything off your device, and it does so only when you fill it in and tap send.

When you do, exactly three things are transmitted to the support endpoint:

  • Your name — as you typed it
  • Your email address — so a reply can reach you
  • Your message — the text you wrote

Nothing is attached automatically. No training sessions, health data, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, diagnostics or location are included, and the form does not read anything else from the app.

Support messages are used only to answer you. They are not sold, shared for advertising, or used to build a profile, and they are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request. Sending one is entirely optional — the app works exactly the same if you never do.

07 What is never collected

To be explicit, the app does not do any of the following:

  • No analytics or usage-tracking SDKs
  • No advertising identifiers and no ad networks
  • No cross-app or cross-site tracking
  • No location tracking
  • No contact list, calendar or microphone access
  • No selling or sharing of personal information
  • No profiling and no automated decisions with legal effects

08 Your controls

Because the data is local, you hold the controls directly:

  • Erase everything — Settings → Reset All Progress clears sessions, achievements, XP and preferences permanently
  • Revoke permissions — camera, notifications and photos in iOS Settings; health access in the Health app
  • Full deletion — deleting the app removes all locally stored data with it
Apart from a support message you chose to send, there is no copy of your data on a server, so there is nothing to request, export or delete elsewhere. A support message can be deleted on request — just say so in a follow-up message.

09 Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child sends a support message, it is deleted as soon as that becomes apparent.

10 Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change — for example if an optional cloud feature is ever introduced — this policy will be updated and the date at the top revised. Any feature that would send data off the device would be opt-in and clearly described before it is enabled.

By continuing you agree to the terms above.
